Please refrain from submitting the registration form more than once. Please check the information before pressing "sumbit", as you cannot edit information afterwards. If any information needs to be changed, kindly send an email with the information to 2015prasarobmech@gmail.com
METHODS OF PAYMENT
1. EFT or Direct Deposits
When you have selected the “EFT” option.
A quote will be sent to your email address, where after payment must be made. After receipt of payment an invoice will be sent.
Proof of payment must be forwarded to 2015prasarobmech@gmail.com.
The Reference number below must be specified when payment is made.

2. Company Order Number
When you have selected the “INVOICE” option.
A formal quote will be sent to your email address, where after an official company order number must be emailed to 2015prasarobmech@gmail.com. The INVOICE, for payment, will be sent reflecting the order number given.
Only make payment once you have received the official invoice which highlightes your unique reference number to be used when making payment.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations of registration fees must be received in writing on or before 2 November 2015. Substitutions can be made at any time. Please advise of any substitutions in writing to ensure the correct name badges at the registration desk.
Please remember to register on or before 2 November as a late registration fee will apply to any applications received after this date.
